TechCommons, a joint venture of Rabina Realty and Jonathan Rose Companies, is a 92,256 square foot five-building office campus near Albuquerque's Uptown commercial district. Acquired in 2001, we upgraded the property to provide an office product with “smart” infrastructure to the Albuquerque market for companies needing a data friendly environment. The technology and infrastructure investments in the project have contributed to consistently strong rates of leasing. TechCommons is currently cash flow positive.
