Jonathan Rose Companies is growing our community in Los Angeles, with a 100% affordable residential community located at 1917-2005 ½ W. 3rd St., Los Angeles,
CA 90057. 

The project involves constructing a new, seven-story residential building with 134 apartment homes for low income households, over 10,000 sq ft of open space, and community spaces for fitness, yoga, community gatherings, and bike parking. In accordance with our commitment to local partnerships and working with minority and women owned businesses, the project team includes renowned architecture firm Brooks + Scarpa and landscape architect firm TINA CHEE landscape studio. The project design is focused on energizing the streetscape at W 3rd St through unique architecture and indigenous landscaping.
